Re: Fastest Beater Ever There's a "beater" in there? Neither of the cars I saw looks to be more than 6 years old. Hell, my car IS basically a beater, and my brothers pickup is even moreso... Either of them can click off 11's without issue. Of course, I saw a car once, that was so rusty they booted him from the track after just one real pass.... It absolutely ran SEVENS! Seriously, those cars hardly qualify as "USED" and not even close to "beaters" at all. I'd venture to say that both the cars in that photo are the drivers' ONLY transportation.... Not at all the definition of "beater." <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />

Re: Fastest Beater Ever I dont think the originator of the thread was serious. I look at that pic and can tell that some blurring was added to make em look fast. looks like he is just joking, time to lighten up peeps.

Re: Fastest Beater Ever i got a 16.08@85 out of the malibu. and like andrew said i ran a couple of 16.8's in the TA a couple of weeks ago but with no 2nd in an auto. for ***** and giggles we took the hood off and made a PVC pipe intake stickin out of engine bay. the pic is untouched no photoshop at all.
the civic ran a 16.4 to my 16.1 i got him on the topend
