These are formed from plastic and are available for 93- up Camaros and Firebirds. All they need is to be painted to match the factory interior.

We offer custom built T/A's here at our shop, but not yet for mail order.

Thanks

How much weight would u save adding the air bag cover over the air bag assembly?

I want heat so I cant remove the HVAC but for the hardcore guys, the plate is a nice touch <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />

The stock airbag only weight about 4 pounds right? So, do you save 2.5 pounds by using this or is the weight of the leather cover not included in the weight reduction thread?

I have not pulled my airbag out, but my buddy said his weighed 7.6#'s for the driver's. I weighed this one at just under 1.5#'s.

Someone verify the weight of the stock LH airbag?

Take care.
