My new LS6 427 solid roller is done
Just came off the Superflow 901 at More Performance. Mike emailed me with the results.
725HP@7500rpm
570ftlbs@5700rpm
The block is C5R, the heads are Stage4 LS6 by More Performance, custom sheetmetal intake, and solid roller camshaft. Oh, and naturally aspirated.

I'm guessing ~640rwhp in a 6speed. It'll be interesting to see what the drivetrain loss works out to be. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

Jeez. That's insane power. If your motor at only 427 cubes puts down that. I cant wait to see what Colonels new beast puts out. Sweet motor you got there

Re: My new LS6 427 solid roller is done
I kinda had the same reaction as most of you guys when I got the email yesterday. The power band of this motor is way higher than my last motor so I opted for a Lakewood scattershield, custom clutch recommended by Jerico to go with their transmission, and a Jerico 4 speed. Most of it has been fitted to the car already.
