Finally Got into the 12's!!

Finally Got into the 12's!! Been anticipating 12's way to long and it's too bad I couldn't do it at my home track.
Nonetheless, here are some of my slips from Bradenton Motorpsports Park. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" /> What a fantastically prepped track, it's a shame our home facility isn't so good. But I got that standing burnout down 100% and intend to get em really hot next time out at the home strip.
Best 60' times before my 4.10 gears 1.984 only 1 time on Nitto's and mostly consistent 2.0's & 2.1's. Well after running consistent 12.8 and 12.7's I finally go my consistency down in the 12.6's <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" /> BTW, the poor car went 24 passes last Sunday we had rented the track.

Although the boyfriend outdrove my passes w/ my car I will still take his 12.580 @ 112.26
I ran out of RPM and hit the rev limiter over and over again in 4th gear entering the traps, so towards then end I just stayed in it til I redlined....time to up the rev limiter to 6400 <img border="0" alt="[bang head]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_banghead.gif" />
Oh well, one quest down....11's here I come <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_cheers.gif" />

I know the feeling when I got my first 12 second run, and it was at Moroso! shame i hear they are going downhill on quality, and I heard Bradenton is getting to be a first rate track since the new guy took over! Re: Finally Got into the 12's!! Thanks Guys! Yeah you got it, Moroso's prep goes away after the 2nd pass. Too many Ricers there.....idiots w/ ice in the staging lanes...just a zoo.
BMP is the best track I've ever been too....it rocks!! When the guys in the staging area ask you if you had a good time....what's that tell ya.
Well my club and other peeps are going to re-rent the track again....it's too fun to NOT rent it.
Now I shoot for some 12.4's if I can...but cam in this motor is gonna get me very low 12's or a high 11.
