custom front bumper support.
Had one of the shops here make a custom bumper support so the cover would not sag and tear.

I will just post this since none of the sponsers are currently selling this item.
He does do them for Camaros also. It weighs about 6 pounds.
I am sure he could do one for the rear. He pretty much fabs all sorts of things. Talented guy.

Well hell, if they're making $ for these, and customers are covering shipping, then why wouldn't they start making them? With the people in this thread alone, let alone everyone else on this board, I'm sure the interest is there. Has anyone actually asked these guys if they would? Or are they more of just an "inhouse" kind of place, and you assumed they wouldn't? Also, has anyone expressed to them what kind of interest there is for this part? Just curious cause I'd love to get one of those myself, it looks like a great piece.

That piece does indeed look nice... but it's not a structural part, there's nothing special involved...
My plan involves some electrical conduit and a tubing bender. Just bend a hoop from frame rail to frame rail, that rests against the urethane nose. 2 plates and about 5 feet of conduit, and maybe a couple of gussets to weld the conduit to the plates - and maybe some padding to push against the urethane. That would do the job of keeping the nose from flapping in the breeze.
