well i cant say i didn't see this one comming,
your rear is on its last leg... but hey there is good news with the bad... it gives you a perfect excuse to upgrade to a 9" and 4.11 gears... bogging should not be a problem then... but then this is YOU we're talking about so who knows....

his trouble is a unique one, that until it is solved his car will never see its full potential at the track, bogging off a 6000 rpm clutch dump on nittos drag radials is unheard of.
noone that i have talked to has any excuse for it that we havent already covered.
his mph says its not a lack of power,
he has standered 3.42 rear diff,
his tire pressure is about right for the conditions,
he is transfering directly from clutch dump to wot.
and still he is bogging so bad that 6k dumps are yeilding shitty 2.0 60' times.

given all the facts he should be blowing the tires away thru the 60'
but instead it is dead hooking!
there is absolutly nothing about his trouble that has been covered in any other post.
at least not this year
it has ALOT of racers

im laughing my *** off reading your post! maybe im sick, but the thought of people talking over my car in confusion is funny to me

i guess the fact that its so unreal to you guys is what makes me laugh, but i agree, if it bogs with 4.10's then i must sell because it surely is demon posessed

You don't even know what my trouble is, fool. I have bad oil pressure, but have checked just about every possible thing, so I wanted to get a good basis of people's oil pressure. Like I said, when looking at the other threads, I noticed a LOT of inconsistency when speaking about normal pressure. Some say 20 is ok, some say 40. Big ******* difference. And my car won't even run healthy (**** the track) until I figure it out.

Thanks, and sorry to hijak the thread. Good luck with your bogging issues.

P.S.- Jaberwaki, you're a homo.

wow... what a great member of the LS1 community. It isn't broken, I'm just dissatisfied with its oil pressure.

Good luck w/ life seeing as how every time I'm on this board, you are too... weird. Do you ever get off it? Go make some friends bro.

Now, the first step to correct your ******* look is to get rid of your page-long signature. When this is complete, PM me for further instruction.

cerebrex, why are you getting pissed at jab? you're trying to hijack this thread it seems, when there was a decent discussion going on. Jabs been around this board for a while, and has posted some great information. You say he is putting out an ******* look, all the while you are sitting there commanding the guy on what to do abou this signature. Its been like that for a while, and if you notice has some good links for people to check out. Being a dick to someone that could help you out isnt going to get you anywhere. Start your own thread about your Oil problems and leave this one for the Boggin discussion.

brandon... you have no idea what you are talking about. I apologized for hijaking the thread, if you actually read my posts. I've been around a lot longer than him, btw, on a different username. I have problems with the guy, and they really don't concern you. Start my own thread about oil problems? I did, and he came in trying to act like a ******* search-****. Know what you are talking about before you throw out judgements and accusations, Brandon. Thanks, and again, I'm sorry this discussion was mixed up into this thread.

I don't know about the rest of you.. but theres no way in hell I could dump my clutch at redline when it was stock. My guess is either your cars down on power, or your clutch sucks ***. Ride the clutch a bit and keep the car from bogging, and you'll get sub 2.0.

Peace,
Josh

I didnt read all the posts but did the topic of the high rpm clutch dump and play in driveline causing knock censors to retard timing and car bogging... come up?......
