Default ARP studs for skinnies?

I am planning on ordering some ARP wheel studs and i was wondering if the Weld type lug nuts will fit the new studs? Or will i have to buy open end lug nuts? Also just wanted to know if ARP studs are really needed? The car is a daily driver so i am really just doing it for safety. Any advice would be appreciated. BTW they are 15x4 Draglites

For safety, go with an open lug. If your going to daily drive it at all, you should put longer studs on it if your using spacers.

I have ARP studs on mine and run Weld Prostars with a 1/4" spacer. I have open end lugs for my drag and street wheels. I would recommend this.

Danny boy do you plan on grinding the caliper all the way down to fit the 15X4's without a spacer?? If so you got alot of grinding to do..... Tha bad side is th eopen end lug nuts are $13.99 for 4..... and you need 20. $55.96 for lug nuts and $27.98 for the extended ARP wheels studs for the fronts.....

I run the longer GMPP studs with regular weld lugs at the track. Dont daily drive them around, but I'm going to open lugs because tech doesnt like the closed ones much

I grinded the heck out of the calipers and it was not fun but I still have the stock studs and the weld lug nuts on pro-stars 15x3 on the front. It is a daily driver and no problems with it. I know two others that did the same thing and have had no problems.

Yes, they will fit as long as you get the same size arp studs to fit the lug nuts. For example, I bought Arp studs p/n ARP-100-7708 (Thread Size 12mm x 1.50 RH) and then bought Weld Racing lug nuts p/n WLD-601-1922 with the same thread size 12mm x 1.50 RH.

Thanks for all the help and replies. I am buying the wheels used with lugnuts so i guess i will just have to wait and see if the lugnuts will work with the ARP studs.
