Question about 28in ET drag tire growth..

Question about 28in ET drag tire growth.. I'm really thinking about switching my 4.10 gear/ 26in tire setup to a 4.56 gear/ 28x9-15 et drag setup that is really 27.3in diameter. How much do those tires grow at 125mph?? What is the "rule of thumb" on tire growth?
I want to order some gears today... but I can't make my decision until I know how much to expect the tire to grow

gomer, i have the 28/4.56 combo and the tire growth is a good 1/2-3/4 inch, when i first installed them i could put my fingers around the tires and it grew enough to hit the fender a lil so i had to trim it.

yea, most definaltly, the 4.56/28 combo seems to hook up alot harder and have less bog than what you have now. i love mine. and its good for up to mid 130mph range i think
