APE may sell them, but i'm not sure. i know they're drag car has them all the way around. might want to ask around as far as quality. i've heard from a couple people they had issues with them including Madman. can't remember who else, but if you do a search here or in the braking section you may find the post about it. most say the Strange are the best, myself included but i'm biased, and the Aerospace second but a better bang for the buck.

I LOVE my strange brakes, they are so light, and when I got them and saw the quality of all the pieces I got I thought they were worth the price tag

Those strange brakes are nice, but they're not daily-driver friendly, right?

They were around $450 for a c clip emilinator 12 bolt.Dont have the part number handy.
After I installed them tonight...I wouldn't suggest you buy them for a 12 bolt car.
Have the Aerospace drag kit on the front,it looks and fits much better.

does anybody's rub? it seems like my brake pads are CONSTANTLY in contact with the rotor with my Wilwood's. It's VERY hard to turn the axle over with even just a spool cause it seems like the rotor is hung up on the pads. I dont have the thin race rotor, i have what looks to be like a normal rotor so it's a bit thicker. Is it maybe made for the thinner one?

yes i did, it looks like BOTH pads front and back are hitting, so it's not further one way or the other. because of having to shim the caliper also hits the inside of my Pro Star too

edit - at closer glance, it also looks like the back of the pads ARE NOT flush with the end of the calipers. basically it looks like it isn't "open" all the way to fit the rotor between. was that possibly a bleeding mistake? cause I know that with the rotors off the brake pedal was never pushed

You have to order the kit from Mosier for the 12 bolt with c clip elims.
Wilwood's kit does not have the proper backing plate for the Mosier "Chevy Late" style. The backing plate that comes with the regular 12 bolt kit has no way to hold the axle bearing in the flange preventing it from working its way back out.

Do any of these kits move the wheel in at all? I figure if the raised face of the rotor was a bit thinner than a factory one it would add a little clearance for tires. My tires clear the outer wheel well when tucked, but just barely, I would love a little more peace of mind while losing some weight also.
