Default Lightweight radio mod

This is what happens when you get bored..

I didnt like the the look of the piece of plastic in the radio hole so I decided to pop the face off the cassette monsoon radio and put it on instead. Took some snips and cut off the little mounting tabs from the radio chassis, snapped them back on the face and screwed it in. I know it would have been easier to stick the whole radio back in but my wideband wiring and gauge stuff is right back there now and I am too lazy to rewire everything. Saved a pound or two and looks better then the plastic stuck in there anyhow - I kinda like the stock look.

That's cool as ice! Looks clean enough! Love the a/f ,pressure, and boost gauge set-up too.

Have you gone mad? Don't you know that you've added a few ounces back to that overweight car.

Very stealth btw.

Drinking beers for 20 years is why I have to take parts off my car, I could leave the radio and a/c in the car if I didnt have a beer gut
