Default Is my car a dud? Track times within...

I was cleaning out the '00 Formula I just bought and I found a time slip from the previous owner under the seat. The car's a 2000 Formula A4, 3.23 gears, stock RSA tires, only mods are a lid and K&N. Here's the breakdown...

2.061 60 ft.
8.762 1/8 mile
13.510 1/4 mile
103.820 trap speed

Does that sound right? I thought even A4's would run low 13's. What does the 60 foot and trap speed say about any ET that was left on the table? A 2.06 60 foot with an automatic and stock tires seems like he launched it good. Is there more ET in my car or is it a MID 13 sec car? Thanks.

Where I'm at (4200 ft with around 6500ft DA) stock cars are doing mid to low 14s. I used to do 14.2 with 2.0 60', lid and catback.

Elevation is very low, 300 feet. I'm not sure what the weather was like on this day but the time slip is dated June 22, 2001. Knowing the summers in the mid atlantic area it was probably around 80-90 with moderate humidity but that's just a guess.

13.5 either stock or lid only? NOTHING wrong with that.
