WTF is wrong with my car?
I wouldn't bet that any of them are shorted, but to make sure just unplug all of them(looks like you already tried the trans) and see if it still blows the fuse.
Like said above i would bet that it is a shorted wire. But at least you know what wires to check, there are several connectors in-line to these items that would help narrow it down, but i cant remember which ones off the top of my head. I will see if i can look them up.

Not excactly. Its' ALWAYS killing the fuse right? Just put a multimeter on the end of each wire and check resistance if u get a huge number that ones ur problem. If I'm thinking of this wrong please someone correct me
1st one is connector C200B(terminal D2 is the wire) which is part of the IP harness behind kick panel below steering wheel. This one will be a pain in the butt, Its the big connector that all the power routes through from the ignition switch and multifunction switch. the power wire for the evap vent solenoid runs through this connector before going out the back pass through connector and going to the tank.
The other connector is c100(terminal G is the wire) it is one of the 3? good size connectors sitting on the passenger side fender with 10 terminals. The power goes from the fuse through c100 and then to a splice (s107 which will be wrapped up in the harness somewhere) and then to the auto trans, and the purge solenoid. All the wires you will be checking will be pink(there are a bunch through out the LS1 harness.)
Have you had the trans out?? its easy to pinch wires between trans and block. hook up voltmeter and check continuity between ground and fuse block which you will have since it keeps blowing fuse(one side will be grounded). Then unplug each item and see if it goes away(most likely not). then unplug each inline harness and see which one makes it go away. When it goes away, you should be able to narrow it down quite a bit. This should get you close.
Good Luck
No problem, too bad the car is not in this area i would help find the short...
