Default 26" drag RADIALS to 28" slicks?

What should I expect with this change. I have a 12 bolt with 4.30's, lca's, spohn frame mounted ta, and relo brackets

The slicks won't be as stable at higher mph as the radials, so be careful staying in the groove and with steering in general. You'll also loose about 300-500 finish line rpm due to the 2" standard difference in tires and the fact that the slicks will grow at higher speeds whereas radials don't.

ok, but will my et and mph improve? I'm trying to make up for the 4.30's (I had 3.42's before)

i just did that switch exactly.....slicks dont feel as stable but damn you can feel you got a lot more tire under you!!!

I don't see y u wouldnt gain anything, i mean u can launch the car hard as hell now

do you use rim screws? if not, what is the average psi you run and what rpm do you launch at
