Default Harlan Two-Step making car misfire?

Tryin to figure out what's goin on here before I leave for the track so hopefully I can use the 2-step tonight. Just hooked it all up, and the car is missing during normal driving. The 2-step is working like it's supposed too when I hit the transbrake button, but the car is missing nasty while driving and it doesn't matter what rpm, so it's not stuck on. Did I do something wrong, could it be a bad ground? I undid the piggy back connections on the ignition and put the harness straight back into the coils and then everything was fine and back to normal, no miss, any help is appreciated, thanks!

I just did that, originally I had it ground on a spot where there was another ground, so I figured that'd be good, so then I just moved it over to where my water pump is ground, still doin the same ****, so then I put it in it's own spot, used a wire wheel to strip it down to nice bare shiny metal to make sure it got a good ground and put a nut and bolt through, and it still did the same thing, so I don't think it's the ground, not sure what the hell it is.

Yeah, noticed on the way up to the track tonight that I had set codes while it was hooked up before I took it off, so I threw the laptop on and checked 'em, po351 - po358. Coil controle module circuit or something like that for every coil! I'll contact Matt and see if he'll fix mine, I know he's not building them anymore, so I pray he'll fix mine!
