Differences from Z06's to 15" Welds?

Differences from Z06's to 15" Welds? I am looking at getting some chrome ZO6's, and probably will buy some 15 x 3.5 skinnies to run at the track, but was wondering ... what time differences could i see if i run a 15" weld on the back vs. the 17 x 9.5 zo6's? I heard the skinnies would help probably 1.5 tenths which is cool. Is it going to be that big of a difference for the back as well?
