Questions after dash removal

Default Questions after dash removal
I pulled the dash out to remove the blower motor, airbag etc... After putting it all back together, I have no control of my power accesories on my doors (Windows, locks, mirrors)... I am assuming I just forgot a connector somewhere, but after looking all around there I could not find anything... Any of you guys had this issue and have a direction thata I could start looking?

Sounds like you missed a connection associated with the BCM, possibly a connector or fuse.

Yeah, did you remove the body control mudule? It is about 6" x 4" and mounted under there near the blower box and operates those things.

Same thing happened to me. Mine was the ground wire that attaches to the drivers side nut and fixed bolt (to the extreme left about shin level or so ) was not reconnected after dash removal. Check the ground wires.

Tom you are a genious... either that or I am a dumbass!!! I think I forgot that ground on the drivers side... I will check when I get home...

Thanks alot guys... Thats why I love this place...

BTW, My BCM is intact, I read someone elses horror story about that before I started removing stuff...

So if you don't have power windows/locks/mirrors, can you take the bcm out?

no BCM control over the windows, only the power locks. But you can fix that with a couple relays pretty easily.

Yes, I forgot the windows weren't controlled by the BCM, sorry about that, I have manual windows.
