Oh, yeah, cuz I painted my 6-point with spray paint and it doesn't really look that great! And I made a little bit of a mess!

Looks sharp as hell Tony. Sounds like she'll be a blast on the hose-

Any on ground rear shots?

I'm running a 28-12.50 Street on a stock length axle w/a 7.5" BS Bolted RT and it's almost a bit more side wall buldge outside the lip than I'd like, and am thinking a 28-11.50. Your tire looks like it would be perfect under my pig-

Tony,

When you painted the bar with POR 15, did you use a brush or ? A friend of mine did his with a brush and it came out with brush marks (I spray painted mine and had a fun time masking off stuff)

I painted mine with a regular 2" wide paint brush. It went on thick and dried glossy without any brush marks. I painted several parts on my '69 the same way.

Wow that looks really good especially for putting it on with a brush. Did u use a regular bristle brush or one of those cheap foam ones. I would think the foam one would work alot better but I dunno.

I used a bristle brush, tried the foam brush but it would leave bubbles in the paint and also the foam would start to warp and deform due to the chemicals in POR-15. Just use a regular cheap 2" bristle paint brush. Be sure to clean any areas to be painted very well, just like you would for any paint work.
