I would use the Strange or Afco's...they are more expensive, but you won't be buying more shocks when the performance level comes up...IMO

Everyone elses T/A other than mine you can only adjust pinion angle. Usually I set them at 2.5 degrees down. I use the pinion only. The driveshaft is irrelevant for pinion angle.

on the topic of adjusting shocks...

which way do u adjust if the track prep is poor? Do you go stiffer or softer? I've heard too many different variations

Depends on which shock. On a single adjustable you would go softer. On a dbl. you would loosen the top(extension)

If you are looking at the LCAs with the top adjustable bar I only recommend those bars for low HP cars. You also do not run the T/A in a fixed mount. Which means that you will have a ton of noise thru out the chassis.

this would also apply on the street correct since you have nill for prep?
and does this apply to front and rear?

What about with the BMR trans cross member TA mount. Would raising the front of the TA make the car hook better

Moving the front os the arm up will hit the tire harder BUT it doesnt lift as much weight. Lowering the arm will transfer more weight but doesnt hit as hard. If you move the arm up then you will need to run more air in the tires and run a different shock setting.

I was wondering what to do with that.. I am doing a th400 swap and bought a BMR th400 crossmember w/ tq arm relocation on it.. and the mount itself has 6 different places to put the arm. My thoughts were to try it in the middle, and go from there.
