Those wheels on Z'8s car are the Weld Magnum Drag 2.0's.

Now that I know these tires fit on the 5.5 inch backspacing Prostars, I will be getting a set of the Magnum Drag 2.0's for the back of my car (to match my front wheels), but with a polished center and not the gold center. I will use those for strip and keep the prostars for little street blasts and such

I know what Z8's wheels are I was wondering about yours, they didnt look like Prostars to me? I dont think they sell a 5.5" bs Magnum drag. At least I know Summit doesnt sell one. 5" and 6".

Can you post here or in your link to the others some pictures of the minitubs from up underneath and your interior after the trim is reinstalled? I have a red 01 Formula, and knowing I have to upgrade from my 6-point since I'm in the 9's, I am trying to decide what to do in addition such as mini-tub or just clearance for some 30x9 radials. Thanks.

Anybody have pictures of how they cut the rear fenders to make the 315's fit? I got some from Brady, but wanted to see what others have done...if it is any different. Thanks

Any tips on centering the rear front/back other than move in small increments and adjust them both the same? I'll be getting my adj. LCA's in the mail next week and they're my first real piece of adj. suspension (not counting my adj. TA)

Definately a big footprint there, and she looks sweet! Good luck once the car gets the power!

what i do is establish the cars centerline from front to back then get a perpendicular line off the centerline and use that to center the rear in the car. measure back from the perpendicular line to something like the shock mounts on the rear and when both are eq. the rear is square. then you can adjust both control arms for and aft eq. amounts both sides to get the rear centered in the wheel wells

Any idea on what that tire measures (section width) on a 10" rim?

Did you do any trimming of the metal in the front of the tire? Looks very close. My 28" ET street is that close in the front.

I am not 100% sure on the section width. I forgot to measure that before I put the tires on.

As for trimming on the metal in front, yes there was some minor metal trimming, but not as much as you would think. When the guys from NRC built the car a few years ago, they did some very minor trimming, and then I did a little when I put the tires on.

I am running a 15x10. As far as without minitubs, I dont think these tires will fit. Its tight with the minitubs let alone all the factory stuff in there.
