26" for a pro tree, tall as you can fit under it (probably 28") for a "sportsman" tree.

There's no right size really. A 26" fits great with good clearance and is probably the most commonly used size. If you drag/bracket race the front tire size is important because it effects the cars roll out. You may want to borrow a set and see what works best. A 28" will fit if you don't have inner wells and you are not lowered to much in the front. I hope this helps.

I wont be bracket racing. Just drag racing for fun at the track. So it sounds like 26" would be the most reasonable to go with?

Yeah like Ed said, the 28" fit. I have never tried the 28" , but they will be the quicker tire as far as 60fts go and allow you more ground clearance.

If the 28" will give me a better 60ft then the 26" I will go with those. Just making sure you do have to remove the inner plastic fender correct. No other modifications required to run them?

The taller front tires won't help your 60' times, just allows you more roll-out on the starting line. If you, or your car, don't respond real quick, you can get by just fine with 26" tires. Less prone to red lights with taller front tires.

Actually the 28" tall tires will help your 60ft. If you shallow stage both tires, the 28s will give you more of a running start before breaking the beam which in turn shows a better 60ft. On the other hand, my 24" tall fronts give worse 60fts, but give a much better reaction time on the .400 pro-tree. It's just the difference of movement allowed before the beam is broken. I hope this makes sense. FWIW-The 26" are what we run 99% of the time and allows us a good roll-out for good lights on the sportsman tree.

It works for me anyway. Good luck!

They may make your 60' times LOOK better, but won't actually make your car cover 60' any quicker.

i HAD 28"s on my car Jordan. They rubbed ever so slightly when i would turn. Other then that yes, I 60'd harder with them because theres more rollout before the beams are broken.

Wow 24's on your front, must look like Rat Fink.

26's are stock height. 28's for the diehard bracket racer.
