Default Pics of my project

Just thought i would share some pics of my build up...Im starting from a stripped down 98 z. Over the holiday weekend Ive added the following: bmr k-member, lower a-arms, madman manual steering rack, hal shocks and springsand an aerospace front brake kit. Here are some pics...



















This picture shows the modification to the stock spindle in order for the aerospace kit to fit.

haha Its there, look close. Its painted black and I narrowed it a little bit because it was resting on the rubber boot.

Ive seen the underside of that car alot and its nice to see it looking like it should. Its still slow.

Looks good! The only thing I do not like about this is the concrete blocks. They stand a good chance of cracking/crumbling under load. If anything, use cut up pieces of railroad ties...... or jackstands haha

Just don't want to see a fellow ls1 enthusiast a victim by his own car.

Yea just put somthin diffrent in there before the motor goes in.


Looks nice tho, very clean

Thanks guys. Yeah i will put the car back on the ground when the motor goes in. Im not to worried about the blocks though. If yall saw how light the car is yall would understand. I suspect each brick is holding no more than 500 or so lbs if the weight is spread equally... Im shooting for 2600 lbs with me in the car after it is finished. As the car sits now the interior has nothin but a steerin column. No dash, no wires, nada. This weekend I'll post more pics of the progress.
