Torco Concentracion Vs. Race Fuel
http://www.torco.com/cart.php?m=product_detail&p=12
Whats better and whats cheaper/longer lasting? 5 gallons of the same octane race fuel or 5 gallons of the same octane of race fuel concentrate?

I was curious about this too after seeing it on S&W Racecars site. I am running Turbo Blue 110 right now. As far as what is cheaper, I added it up and it came to about the same per gallon for what I pay for TB (4.50/gal.) It would be more convienient for me to be able to keep a few cans of the Torco stuff in the car and add it to pump gas. The nearest TB pump is 30 min away.

I havent found what the mix ratio to octane is for that Torco stuff anywhere. if it worked that would be a lot better then storing 55 gallon drums thats for sure..
Turbo blue is like 4.50 a gallon from the pump around here, I buy sunoco 112 by the drum and it works out to like 6.50 a gallon after the shipping rape charges. But I've had some bad luck with that turbo blue stuff so I pay the extra.

Mix ratio is 1 quart to 5 gal and you end up with about 105 octane. 1 quart to 10 gal is about 100 octane. That's what I remember fro a conversation about a year ago with Torco.
Turbo blue has never tested out to advertised octane in my experience. I have never seen it test higher than 99 octane.
I use VP C10 and get it by the drum. It costs more but I know damn well what I am getting. I don't want to screw around with fuel on a high compresion engine. Saving a buck or 2 on fuel could cost me thousands.
