This is the pic I was talking about.
I doubt the wheelie bar mounts on top of the rear

The bar above the rear looks alot like a chassis mount sway bar but its mounted on top, and there looks like there is going to be another sway bar mounted under the rear.

ya got me... I see the swaybar on the top, and initially it appeared there was gonna be a swaybar mounted off the bottom of the rear I agree. But, after putting the one in on top of the rear I'd suspect that the mounts would have been cut off for the old one, unless it's there so that the 2 can be swapped back and forth?

Smith, fill us in here, what ya got going on back there?

yeah.. 4 link with the rear having provision for a torque arm...

and that in fact could be for wheelie bars, no point in powder coating a torque arm mount and un-used swaybar mounts on a rear that does not need them...

as far as i know, wheelie bars need 4 points on the rear.. 2 up and 2 down..

It's a Anti-roll bar. You can get the Wolfe "anti-swaybar" now that goes above the rearend. It is VERY common in Mustangs. It can be done on F-bodies as long as they remove the gas tanks. I was going to do that on mine, but I still had my gas tank at the time and couldn't afford to swap it all out at once.

I have a set next to me right now. I'm trying to get all the details ironed out.

Thanks
i just wanted to be able to fit 12's. i have a set of 10's and 12's for the car. i bought the wolfe lower arms but we didnt use the offset bushings. if you look at the rear in the pics we took the relocation bracket and narrowed it up right much all toward the inside. then at the front of the arm we made our own offset bushings for it.

thats the way that spring was designed to work. the top of the spring is made to fit back in the stock upper mount. its been like that for a year with no problems.

Nice looking plumbing job on the intake! It's up to par with the rest of the car for sure..

How big is the motor that it's going on? I assume bigger then the 347 you have in the sig... or are you really looking to bump that record to the stratosphere?

I've never heard of them... somethign you had made/modified to fit lsx heads?

Regardless, that thign goign on a 408, will result in 8 second runs I'm sure. Hell you'll probably be like everyone else and make over 100 hp more power on motor... and I'm sure it will like/take more juice hen the the old setup did.

Good luck with it, and thanks for posting pic's of such an asweosm buildup. I now have a new standard to try to build to thanks to you.

absolutely badass.... and here it is I thought my accufab was big.... then you go an pull that thing out

that's the 4150-4500 conversion plate on there no??? cause it looks like the manifold opening is 4150 and you stepped it up to 4500 so you could run the 2000cfm atmosphere reducer

Better tell everyone to hold their breath when you start that thing close to them... ain't gonna be no oxygen left when that accufab monster opens up...
