There will be guys on here that claim to drive it with full fronts. Good for them. I'll say that I tried it with 17x9's with 275's, and damn near wrecked the car in the process trying to make a right turn. The Madman manual rack is designed for skinnies only. With skinnies it drives fine, I have no problem. I knew it was a drag race oriented part going in, so I have no problem with that.
That's why the ORRs / AXers like the fancy power steering pumps, power steering coolers, etc.
