We could convoy down to Atco but I'd be at 55-60 mph the whole way down because my converter doesn't lock up. I usually try and get a trailor for an Atco trip and I've only done that for the rental days.
Besides Alex- now we are BOTH legal for Etown with our nice new Dynatechs.
My best at the end of last year at Atco was a 10.44 and 2 days later I clicked off a 10.46 at Etown so unless it's a rental day, I'll probably pass on the trip. Thanks for the invite though.
Hey, BTW why don't we meet up this Wed night at Etown if you're not busy. I'll definately be there.

I work Wed night. I'll try E-Town but aside for that GH High Tech shootout I was unable to ever hook there as well as I do at Atco.

But, the whole pin on hood, and nitrous just worries me, I know I"m gonna spray my car, and if something under the hood ever went array, it's gonna take a LONG time to get that hood off.......
FYI i was at a track rental last summer when a stock gto with a nos kit started on fire at the end of the track and not sure if it was the fire or what but they couldnt get the hood unlatched(stock hood) and the car ended up burning for about 30 min or so... instead of the 30-60 secounds it would've took to take off a pin on...... i got a pin on with 4 big pins and i can have that thing off in an emergency in under 10 secounds.

I've had problems hooking there b4 too but I gotta say last season they really stepped it up with the track prep IF you're in the slick tire lanes. I also noticed that the more I went to the track and the guys get to know your car they do a little extra when you come up.

If I'm on fire I'm ripping the damn hood off.

It looks real good, the overkill on the fasteners was a good idea with the TA hood since there is more chance of wind getting under it...

BTW, I have never been to Atco, is it a decent track? How would it compare to Cecil County or Maple Grove?
