you need more rpm off the line. i would keep everything the same, except your rear shocks, and go from there. the stock shocks just aren't going to cut it. you can also use a form of drag shock up front to keep the nose up and stable to keep the rear heavy and planted. watch that nitrous out of the hole though. alot can go wrong in that first 60 feet. i'd hate for ya to hit the limiter while spraying.

you could try some different shocks like 50/50's in the rear and 70/30's in the front. I've also heard of some people using V6 rear springs. But this was just hear say. I'm not sure if the V6 rear actually have a different rate then the V8's or if there is no difference. LCA reloc mounts might help to.

reallt that is crazy i think you just need to slip it harder off the line...it is like twice as long of a slip at the track as on the street...my buddy and i race ours all the time although mine is ancient 95 zx6r with carbs (yeah i said carbs) that ran a best of 11.20's can remember the mph something like 121mph and my friends has either a 05-06 honda 600rr that ran 11.001 at 128mph completely stock to the filter and ride height...we both weigh around 160lbs though...he was getting 1.80's...
your not using the clutch for any of the other gears besides the launch are you...
