Has anybody done this on their car and gone slower at the track? ET and/or MPH wise? Has anybody done this swap on their track car and regretted it? I'm sure it'd suck in a street car but I want to do this swap in my SS. Just wanted to hear some others' experiences with this swap. Also, anybody run a lockup TH350 to help with the MPH out the end? Thanks.

i swapped and dont regret it on the street or the track..

3800 stall and 28" tires is not bad..

i went with manual valve body and a 9" tail.. swap was no problem and the TH 350 is low maintence

I have had a couple of guys tell me I would be about 1/10th quicker if I went to a T350. Don't know for sure myself. Would probably be easier to hook, with a 2.52 1st gear vs the 3.06 in the 4L60E.
