My bumper does not do that without the support.

My 1998 Camaro front bumper with foam was 20 pounds and the rear bumper with plastic crap was also 20 pounds.

I'm also in need of a drivers side frame horn that you guys are scrapping. My 02' ss was dumped into a wall just enough to tweak up that piece pretty bad. Also interested in a bumper, drivers fender, windshield, and airbags. Thanks

If you can find out how much it is to box and ship a front bumper I'll give you mine for free minus the cost to box and ship it.

I am just going to throw it out.

On a TA do the foglights have to come out as well with this mod? Anybody still have the fogs with the front support removed?
And is it only those bolts at top that need to come out to remove it? Or does the whole bumper cover need to come out?
Thanks

I still have my fog lights, as far as I know nothing connects to the bumper itself.

You pull the buttons on top out and there are 3 screws on the inner side of the cover where the two seams meet. It is actually very easy to take off. Took me about 15 minutes.

I was trying to pull off the front bumper support of of my trans am, I think I got all the bolt's off of it but seems like I have to take off the bumper to remove it. The foam sits all the way to the front of the bumper and looks like I need to pull it foward to remove. Anybody know how to take the front bumper support off of a Trans Am? Does the bumper have to come off?

Thanks in advance

I started pulling mine out of my new car the other day. The front support out of a 93 Z28 weighs 25.6lbs. I didn't get an opportunity to weigh the fog lights, but they're gone and the frame rails are mocked up for hacking.

New Front Bumper Support Idea (I have all this cut):

Anyone have pictures of where they attached their supports they made for the three holes in the bottom? I saw a few people posted pics, but not of where they mounted them to the body.
