t-top car or solid roof?

t-top= pull tops off, remove screws, grab firmly and pull
solid roof: Grab firmly and pull

Dont worry you won't break anything at the very worst you;ll have to replace some plastiv push pins.

Look for super glue. Some dealers would super glue them so they did not squeek

Well I got everything apart and out finally. I do not want to put the ducting back in if I dont have too. Will the heat still atleast warm up the inside of the car without melting anything under the dash?

My advice remove it all and go to a truck stop and buy a little cigarette lighter plug in heater. I have not done this so I do not know how much heat they put out, just an idea. I usually just don't drive mine on really cold days.

There is also a way to modify the current duct work to work with just the heater while still removing a lot of other stuff, do a search to find it.

It is a pain to do all the removing, so I jerked out everything so I won't have to ever do it again.

I have modified mine to keep stock heater core and modified box. Gets a little cold here The plug in ones never seem to even break the ice As long as it hits the winsheild and blows on my feet we are good
