I say big cube motor, big shot(Alabama weather in July=not too good for a turbo LOL), fully gutted, 'Glide, the works. Don't just beat them, be able to give them lengths and laugh.

BTW - When are you going to announce the driver, crew and negotiator?

That would be Tim Tosto (screen name = Tosto Racing). He would be a great driver for this event, put a stick in it and Timmy is your guy! I bet the viewers would like to see him drive again also
They should just make this a heads up, screw that giving lengths ****

Correction = Todd or Tim would be a great driver for the race. Pretty bad when I leave my brother-in-law out of my original post sorry Todd, lol.
You would be hard pressed to find anyone to out drive either of them in a stick car!

I say someone "lifts" Harlan's TT set-up for "testing purposes," as in "We were testing how bad it would spank their car!"
Then once the victory is claimed, it becomes a Mod Motor Tech project vehicle.
Eric,
Good points, my offer is withdrawn! I'm no beer crusher or intimidator.

I sent the casting director an email just now to ask about the location.
Might be fun to shoot some video here and there, though this car needs wheels bad, it's got LT1 veggie cutters on there now.

WOOT, WOOT...
This is frigging cool as all get out.
One of my local clubs went on there a couple of seasons ago, they are the ones that took the kids Honda Civic with the flames and the Wooley Mammoth. They ran a stang so this would be some nice smack to throw at them once it is done with.
Wide Open Throttle was our local club that went on there a couple of times.

I'm thinking a direct drive transmission out of snowmobile.... no shifting.
While I have everyone's attention, who's making bolt-in cages, pretty much just Wolf? Do they fit pretty good?
