wolfe is the only one that I know of that makes a good kit to get a 10 pt in th car

John talk to steve at SJM, see if he can donate, or cut ya a mad deal on a set for the car... that would be the best bet I think.

someone also brought up a good point, a turbo car in hot weather might not be the best route. nitrous is alot cheaper to set up and makes it's own atmosphere.

Is there another thread explaining why Pro Stock John bought another F-body to race the Ford board with as opposed to just using one that was already owned by someone here? Was this negotiated with the people on pinks?

I'm looking forward to seeing this race!

just curious, you're wanting to run 8's with a bolt in cage??? why? Sounds dangerous

This is so gonna kick ***. If you do the payapl thing I'll shoot some money that way. Just remember to thank everyone on ls1tech for their suport right to the camera, LOL.

I would also definetly find out where exactly the racing will take place. I agree with the elevation & air quality available in that area a factor when deciding on what set-up to go with.

The race is for titles. I have to give them the title before the race. Of course if you want us to use your car let me know.

Love my wolfe weld in cage.

Would NOT feel safe going 8's or 9's in a bolt in cage. Or even going fast for that matter.

I really bet you could get one donated or at least given to you for the cost that it takes for the shop to make it.

track quailty would also determine the setup.... a track that hooks killer ya might want to go with a longer tq arm to help keep the nose down some.

Stenod's cages are awesome, I'll ask them. The cage needs to be figured out asap.

Dunno, but I thought it would be cool to bring it to the GM Performance Parts LSX race in October.
