Default got my QA1's on today, holy hell

What a differance! I havent got them diled in yet but for ***** n giggles i got the rebound at 0, man does the front end lift like crazy!! lol. Only thing im thinking is i got too light of a spring. I got the 275lb spring in them. So to get it drivable i had to tighten them pretty good. There about 1/2 up the shock. What springs does everyone run? I took a ot of weight out of the front of my car but still....

When I tried street driving on "0" I hit a bump and bottomed out my tranny pan, cracking it and making a huge mess. Just a warning. Liked the weight transfer though......

On our wonderful IL roads? I can't believe that. The tolls have made our roads beautiful...

marty, not sure what it weighs, im gonna guess around the 3200 range. And i drove around yesterday and didnt bottom at all. I got the R series so the compression is stiffer. YEA Matt, 0 setting is pimp ****. You can basically do wheelies from stop lights, lol.

Im still running the stock spring. I have about 35K miles on mine and I think they are shot. The nose no longer comes up on the and even almost all the way loose the ride is very stiff. Since last fall the weight transfer has been getting worse and worse. When I buy new ones this summer, I am still going to run the stock spring.

Looks like its time to maybe cut those back springs down a little.

Its for sure time to cut the rear springs. Looks weird with the massive rake from the 4x4 stance rear.

at least pull the rear spring isolaters and put a piece of hose over them.. the back of that car is WAY too high. The nose is probbaly a little too low too actually...

Everyone I know that has put the 275 springs on the front end says the car is too soft and transferrs too much when driving around..... but the 300 lb spring doesn't feel soft enough.

There needs to be like a 290 lb spring or something

I have the 275s on mine. They drive great on the street and are not too soft. I have hit pot holes on the highway without any problems, and that is with them set on 0 and with front runners.
