Tell me if this makes sense?
315/60/15 on 9.5" wide wheel is 12.9" side wall to side wall (per M/T)
315/60/15 on 12" wide wheel is 14.25 side wall to side wall (per Dan Wolfe)
The extra 2.5" width roughly adds 1.35" to the side wall to side wall measurement
If you divide 1.35" by 2" you get .675=.5 rim width
12.9"+.675"=13.575"
