I am currently in the process of dropping weight in my car and I would like to replace the seats with something lighter than stock. I don't care about all the niceties. What I want are Kirkley's but I don't have a cage so I'm not sure if there is anyway to mount them safely. Has anyone mounted Kirkleys without a cage? Any ideas fellas?

I used the plastic JAZ seat in my old car. I mounted it to the stock bracket so I still had the adjustablility. It worked great.
