Hood Fastener Question I'm getting ready to mount the hood on my '67, Dzus fasteners all around the edges obviously but in the back we're going to have some sort of stand to hold up the back of the hood on each side of the actual cowl.
My question is what kinds of fasteners are out there other than Dzus?
My dad's car has the stands with clips on the hood that lock the hood into the stand but if anyone has anything different I'd like to look into that.

What's the reason for not using Dzus, they are good for 240 MPH Pro-Mods.
When my hood starting lifting at ~150-155 I added 2 more around the cowl. Built a small bracket that came up to support the hood. Dzus to that and all lifting stopped.
