Default M6 to TH350 net weight difference

About to do M6 to TH350 swap shortly. Wondering what you guys were ending up at weight wise for the entire swap. I am reusing the stock driveshaft for now and probably going with a 10" verter. Just wondering if any of you guys have details on how much weight you gained or lost (I figure about a 30 lb gain).

Yeah, I really don't know. I don't think it's that much. I've done it but no weight info, sorry.

Yeah hopefully it doesn't add that much weight, that's just the most I'll allow before I cry big freaking tears. I am using the BMR tubular TH350 mount with integrated torque arm so hopefully it help offset the weight a little.

With the next round of modding I'll be well on my way to 2900 flat.

There is not much difference. I don't remember the difference between my m6 and TH400, but it was not what you think it is. Like 10-15 lbs. And a TH350 is lighter than a TH400 so there you are..

depending on what flywheel/bellhousing(my mcleod weighs 42lbs by itself )/clutch you had, & a regular 10" verter its probably about 10-30ish lbs. lighter....

if you have a t/braked 350 its about 5-10lbs lighter from all the **** taken out too

I have an RPS clutch/SYN-R-G flywheel that is super light. I want to say something like 13 lbs. I'm going Coan TH350 w/RMVB and t-brake. I'm either getting a custom verter from edge or Forse technologies (sorry if they're not a board sponsor) if that gives you any idea on weight.

Hell if I lost weight with this swap that would be the cat's pajamas. I just figured the addition of the trans cooler, plus the lines, additional weight of the verter and tranny I would gain something even with taking out the master cylinder, clutch lines, and pedals.

i will promise you that it won't gain any weight from the swap but how much it looses is just a #'s kinda thing.

I see you losing weight with that swap bc T56's are heavy as **** and my TH350 wasn't that heavy.

I picked it up by myself with the converter on it

My t400 weighs 140lbs add 30lbs for a converter.
