Looks good!

I think the biggest reason it would not cert is no Sill bars. Required on both sides next year for Uni-body cars. Or So division six is enforcing...

bottom bar the kiddney bar ties into

Looks great. I'm finishing up the exact same cage, and I'm having issues with the halo. It doesn't tuck up very well into the roof line, and there is little clearance for the drivers head when wearing a helmet. Do you have the same problem?

It is very close to the roof line. I thought for sure I wouldn't get my headliner back in. I had to wedge it in and it felt like it was about to rip the whole time I was pulling it thru. I hope I never have to take the headliner out.

Wow, I wish I could do all this to my car now. I just don't have the funds to do it. It would be the perfect time to get it done as I'm going to have the engine, trans and, gas tank out. I always feel like these mini tubbing threads are taunting me.

I feel ya.

I see we have the same toque wrench. I have had problems out of mine I took the first one back and exchanged it and now the second one is doing the same thing. It will overtighten and never click sometimes. I just broke a valve cover bolt off in my head. I have to figure out how to get that out now

are you talking for 25.2 cert, because I've never seen anyone put those bars along the floor for 8.5 cert stuff....

I go to the track enough, and see enough cars certed to 8.50 to safely say those bars are not needed...

If someone's telling you they are needed, I'd be throwing the BS flag up on that one.

Is it the one on the left or right?

I love the digitork one, but the microtork one isn't all that great. I've heard of people having problems with them. The only reason I got it was that it was 1/2 off and I needed a 3/8 torque wrench.

Well I guess mine is not the exact one you have but it is just like the one on the left exept mine is 1/2". The 1/2" you have is made different than mine.

I got you. The 1/2 inch digitork (right one) is so awesome. It's really easy to use. You just turn the **** to the torque you want and crank away. The other one's a pain in the *** as you have to count the clicks to see what torque you're at. I wish I would have gotten the digitork 3/8.

if youi're gonna do it that's the way to do it (strpping it down completely).... I'm actually now wishing I had POR 15'd my entire engine bay..... How is that stuff as far as heat resistance?

The whole car looks great. congrats on it man....
