Default Best racing seats?

Im lookin for some racing seats an im kinda pickey about the way some will look or fit.I like the aluminum seats and kirkey has there drag racing seat but the seat is pretty dam tall and almost will touch the roof i believe the part number is a 61700.I know kirkley makes a ton of seats but it really hard to pick what is right.Have you guys had any luck if so please let me know.Must be light and i know the kirkley are 15lb.

I used the Kirkey seats mounted to the stock seat tracks. The seat slides forward and back and rocks up and down. These were the manual seat tracks that I used.

A few companies make drag seats, I think Ultra Shield is another one, and Madman likes another one but I can't remember their names.

I think my Kirkey's are the 17" wide ones.

I've been very happy with my Kirkey's. I made brackets using aluminum angle, 1.5".

Kirkey, Ultrashield, Butler Built, OMP, Racetech,Corbeau, all make aluminum race seat.

I liked the plastic Jegs seat that I had in my old Camaro. It wasn't super tall like the Kirkeys, but still sat high enough and was rather comfy with the cover on it.
