Default Easiest way to get an auto C5 in the 10's

I am buying a 98 vette with 36000 miles on it this week and was wondering what would be the quickest way to get this thing running 10's.

Keep in mind that this is my first LS1 car (I am coming from a 593 rwhp 03 cobra) My plan so far is to do L/T's, Cat back, 3600 stall, 3.73 DTE rear and possibly built tranny if funds allow, MS4 cam, a little shot of gas if needed. Hopefully it will get me there!

Easiest way is to buy one already running 10s

Sounds like a good plan, plenty of head.cam 347 C5s have run in the 10s on motor, nitrous just seals the deal. Make sure you have good tires on the back, stock 3.15 gear will get you there no problem with an auto as long as you arent doing it every weekend.

The advantage with a C5 auto is you need only two rear tires to make it very fast at the strip...

The majority of the quickest C5 auto use some 17' repro front ZO6 wheel in the rear with Mickey Thomson ET Street Radial 3743R P275/40R17 26 X 11.50R17 :

And you can drive those on the road to the track...

Easiest way is to hook up a 2 stage nitrous kit with a 250 shot! 1O's no problem!
