Default what will improve performance the most

I have between 1500 and 2500 to spend on my car. I am looking to improve the performance of my car. What would be the best way to spend the money. I was thinking maybe some suspension work , gears, and a set of drag radials.

with it being a M6 + drag radials + gears = rear end on borrowed time, but some people do get lucky

M6 = good clutch + suspension (LCA, SFC, shocks, springs) + gears (min 3.9/4.10).

I'd but that $ towards a rear, with a stick car, it's only a matter of time, and if you put 4.10's in a 10 bolt, I guarintee you will break that soner then later, you've got nearly enough to pick up a 12 bolt...... I'd put that on the top of the list. With 4.10 gears in it, which will help alot.

just a good idea, better to spend the $ on a good rear once and have a fraction of the problems then it is to be breaking a knows weak link again and again.

Since you're in the drag forum and looking at your sig, I'm guessing you want to improve on track times.

You need some suspension work. I would recommend SFC's, LCA's, and Anti-Squat brackets too. I think investing in the 10 bolt is a waste, but another rear end would put you over your budget.

If you turn your own wrenches though, you could get more.

I would most definitely recommend some BFG DR's, a shiftlight, and a line-lock as well.

No point in adding power when you can't put down what you have already. And eliminating the wheelhop will preserve your rear end a bit longer.

Wouldn't Nitrous help the most?

here are a few options
1
n20, LCAs, LCA relocation brackets, and tires but don't spray off the line.

2
a 9" rear with gears and tires
