Madman.
How hard is it is to get one of these cars down under the 3200lb limit set for a 25.2 car? I dont see my car going faster than a 7.50 1/4. I am just tryin to decide between the 25.2 and 25.5. Is there are reason you prefer one over the other?

I'm planning on being at a 3050 race weight(i'm 205lbs) with a lsx block..
I've dun a good amount of cutting and weight reduction though..Little things add up..Theres not 1 single stock wire in my car.Getting rid of all that **** alone is like 25-35lbs...3200lbs is pretty easy to obtain with a nitrous car..Even a turbo car if you spend some money in the right places..

Thats what I thought on the rear frame rails. I see alot of these 25.5 builds just tieing into the factory rear frame rails and thought I would ask. Is that technically legal? The last thing I want to do is spend the time and $$$ building the cage and then it not be right.

I have to cut out the 1 1/4" bar I have in there now (left over from my sportsman cage) and replace with 1 5/8" bar
