I think you'll need the tires I am going to run 34.5x17's If you can figure out a way to hook it up on a drag radial you'd be one bad ****

I didnt see 68 camaro there.. Phil was having a little trouble at first but i think he is getting it straightend out! I cant remember exactly but i think it was 8.teens or 20's i left after 2nd round 3 people could not make the call in 2nd round.. Hopfully he gets on here and has some 7 second time slips.. or even better he wins the race tonight!

Man tonight was a great learning experience. Shawn from Virginia speed made the 2+ hour drive to help out and man was it worth it. I had Brian, shawn and my wife Jessica helping between rounds, we had a 40 minute turn around time and we used every minute. Got to MIR early and coaxed Jason into letting us make a single pass since we really did not have a clean pass to date. Couple of 1/8 mile and thats it. Well we made the first hit and the car went up in smoke, spun on the launch and down track, almost put it into the wall.

We regrouped came back, topped off the fluids, called the Madman and got some suspension advice. We tweaked the suspension exactly how Madman said, Shawn put a soft tune up in the BS3 and we came up with a crazy boost curve to see if we could get the car down the track. Well it worked!
1.30x 60' without any power in the car.

Tuneup was soo soft it wasn't funny, the car was on the rev-limiter 80-900' out. Went a .20 @ 17x.

2nd round, we tightend up the tuneup alittle and added some boost, car left clean to another 1.3 60', but the driver had a brain fart and forgot to go WOT for the last 1/8 mile and ran an 8.1x @ 171 with 60% TPS over the last 1/8 mile.

3rd run we shook the tires and had some fuel issues. Called it quits.

I can't thank My wife Jessica for helping all night, Shawn was flawless on the tuneup and setup advice, As always brian is there when you need him....

Videos coming...

phil on your shakedown pass car was out of the groove about a foot. we too had bs all night and should have put marlow on the trailer. the car spun which it never does but they had just put **** down on the starting line and there was no bite. made no changes and went right back up for a test pass and went 7.94 at 177.8 smooth as glass. i'm still so soft on the car it's sick until randy gets really comfortable in it. but after tonight i'm going to quit ***** footing around with it.

I came down and looked for you but couldn't find ya. We've got alot of stuff to work on but the car will get there. We took soo much power out to get it down the track it wasn't funny. The 8.20 pass we didn't have any real boost until 6 seconds in. What did they put down?

yeah im so soft it only had a best of a 1.35 60' compared to the normal mid 1.2's. they walked out and put some resin down a little vht and ran over it with the tractor. when i walked up it was so not sticky i thought i was walking across my living room hardwood floor.
