Man, I just got my BS3 ECU back today. It took a good 10 days once they got it. Leo did say that mine was the first LS1 box to get their latest Y8 SL firmware. Got another header with 2nd fan control wire on it now. He said it is a little involved for the latest firmware, but it is worth it. We will see, I mainly wanted WOT fan shutoff. He says there have been some improvements to the replay function as well.

What did they charge you for the upgrade? I'm getting them to turn my TC back on. PM me if you don't want to reply here....

Getting the land missle ready for battle and everyone is very excited. Last year we went 5.0s our 3-4 pass out with about 300 less HP and not really leaning on the tuneup. Needless to say we're all ready to get this process started.

Still need to:
Give a Bath
Clearance passenger fender
Set pinion angle and IC.

Yeah, they are only a sign of how long its been. With the car going 192 on 25# of boost almost 4 seconds into the run everyone is expecting a big number once we get it shook down. This motor should easily make a couple hundred more than it did last year.

if you run the 35# you wanted to last season and get her down track clean w/ this new motor, ill guess 205-ish. on the high side.. you break 210 and scare the crap out of yourself

Its enough talk at this point, we need to make some laps and prove what happened last year was no fluke.
