What did you do for brackets? I am going with the Ed Quay brackets and the Summit seats as well.

did you brace the seat backs to the roll bar per nhra rules? if so you got pics?

yea, how did u mount the seats?? I got 2 sitting in my shed wating to go in but dunno bout the mounting.

For brackets, I used the stock rails from the drivers side and then fabbed up a cross section to bolt the seat to. Made a bracket for the pax side also. They are not attatched to the rollbar. The driver seat is even still on the slider.

Here is my seat mount, I also used a 1" brace on the rear of the seat.

Those brackets look exactly like the ones I made, but im using them under the stock seats.

I dont understand why people put in light weight seats and use the stock sliders to mount them. Over 50% of the weight reduction comes just from the slider itself. My stock seats with custom mounts to eliminate the sliders came in at just over 20lb. I would bet the summit seats with the stock sliders weigh the same or more.
