Fabricated lines for Strange manual master cylinder? How do you connect SAE to metric
I plan to install my Strange manual master cylinder this weekend and wanted to know once I fabricate my own lines, how am I going to connect the new lines to the factory lines? The master cylinder uses standard (SAE) lines and the factory lines are metric. TIA!

I have found makeing meteric bubble flares is MUCH easier then Double flares. Now I just buy standard lines and I have a bunch of Lines left over from installs with metric fittings. I just bend my lines up and then install the metric fitting and flare it. DONE!
Here is a shot. I made ALL the lines.

I have been thinking of going with the ABS delete kit and manual braking system. What are you guys using for this and what are the prices around? Also how is braking when doing this with the stock braking system? Thanks.

I drilled the pedal assembly yesterday evening, reinstalled it, installed the master cylider and I don't see how you guys are reusing the stock brake lines by simply rebending them. They don't even look close to reaching/fitting. The stock master cylinder has the threaded fittings on one side and the Strange has it on the other.

A bubble flare kit will cost you lots and lots of money, your best bet is to buy the 3/16 European flared lines they have at NAPA for the stock connections and then just use a normal flare for the master cylinder.
but a good 37* and 45* double flare kit is always nice to have.

The kit gives you the adapters that go into the master cylinder, but what I need is the adapter that adapts 3/16" line to the metric bubble flare on my Billingsley ABS delete block.
Basically, I need a fitting that threads into a 12mm bubble flare and in the center of that fitting is tapped for flare 3/16" line.
