He had a coupe and a convertible, the vert had the lightning bolts. I'm pretty sure they had cog belts on them. I know the vert ended up with an F3R on it I think. Never a lot of clear info on what they were running but there used to be quite a few pics floating around.

One way or another I will have the cog drive figured out this winter. F1R or X Series Vortec is the plan not F2 though.

Procharger has been ZERO help.

ASP made cog pulleys for and P/D/F series blower for forcefed98 on here, he had little luck with them but I think he still has them laying around. ASP will make whatever cog pulleys you want.

It will probably all have to be custom made, but the results should be good. Im really surprised noone has made a kit yet to do it, with the mounting hardware and whatnot. Probably the only reason you don't see more race cars with superchargers on 4th gen lsx stuff, noone is really putting any effort into making a drive system to run it that is reilable enough. God damn mustangs have about 100 options with cog setups ad mounting, not sure why noone has persued doing it on these cars. Wierd really.

I talked to ASP. They will make the pullies for it but not a bracket or the rest of the drive. I'm thinking either the F Body kit spaced out and strengthened enough or the GTO bracket. Motor plates will make it a bit easier.

Ya would think that one of the supercharger companies would invest in this. It's only the fastes growing engine platform. I get the "we sell enough street kits" crap.

I am going to use a cog setup from Procharger on my F1R. I hope to know how that works out in the next month or so

He is a crazy man....that is how he is getting it done. He is going to have to keep them heads on though....I rememmber hardcore's car had to replace head gaskets ever other pass at the thunder shootout a few years back. That was when they were running 8's

No I was wondering how he is getting the cog drive from Procharger. I was told it would need to be custom built.

I'll worry about keeping the heads down.

The pullies came from Procharger(obviously). The crank pulley is made to bolt onto a ATI Crank Pulley. And the blower pulley presses right on with a different hub. The tensioner we're on our own. But that shouldnt be bad I dont thinkThey make it sound easy but i'm sure there will be a lot of

Yea, I am a little worried about that. I guess if it doesnt work I will get an LSX block and 6 bolt heads. But i hope I can get by for a while, I am tired of spending all my $$$ on this thing for now LOL
