yes... coil-over is the best way to go, especially if you're concerned with scaling it. it allows the front springs to be staggered a bit so you don't end up with a car that sits crooked to achieve the proper scale numbers.
you can use the AFCO's on the front of that car for sure.

my drag radial nova has strange singles in the back and goes 1.32 60ft's stock leaf car. went to afco double and it didn't pick up nothing. the car only goes 8.5s maybe if it was faster i would see a differents don't know. the fronts have alway's been afco's and work great. i would never put qa1's on a drag car inless you what to revalve them. that costs around 75 a shock.
