About 2/3's of a tank maybe less and me standing next to the scale. Maybe our scale is way off, I'm not sure the last time it has been calibrated. My brothers Iron headed BBC Malibu wagon was only 3700ish when he weighed it a few years ago on a new set of scales at his work.

Something isn’t right. My Z28 weighed 3200 with an S60 and a 4l60e. Hardly no weight reduction except spare tire removal and your basic stuff. Still had the complete HVAC and all creature comforts.

Hmm ok, well that makes me feel a little better. After reading through this post and doing some mental math I felt I was going to be lighter. I'll see if I can come across some other scales.

What is you calling " basic stuff"?

Is your Z28 factory cloth, leather or a Hardtop instead of T-top car ?

I went back and looked at the weigh ticket and it was 3240 without me... Sorry I should have been more specific.
Here’s the details:
T-top car, cloth interior. A4. At the time of that weigh in this is what I had done:
remove speakers
removed radio and put just the faceplate in
removed all heat shields under the car
Kokks headers and duals
Full bmr suspension in rear
S60 with wilwoods kept parking brake
bmr trans mount with torque arm relocation
draglite wheels with skinny fronts
bmr control arms up fromt with wilwoods
remove front sway bar
slp cold air package

Everything was still in place. Hvac, power steering, factory k member, power windows, keyless entry. Basically except for the speakers and radio, the only weight reduction done to this point was replacing factory parts with aftermarket parts. The heat shielding had to come off to fit the Kooks system.

I've been working on lightening this car up and broke out the hole saw to trim a few pounds. Still looking at things and punching holes.

Your on the right path, but you remove all of that instead of just hole-sawing some of it.....

Kinda....ive actually did some whole reduction

Tube k and tube front bumper support is on the car now.

Hard to get much weight out of making holes....especially in sheet metal. But they are a great distraction from where the real weight was removed. Sheet metal holes should really be flared to maintain strength.

Distracting from what? Fill me in. Your notorious for your lightweight jockey car with secret weight reduction and hidden cutting etc lol

Half the battle is not adding stupid **** to a car.

There's nothing really hidden on my car. People just look at the wrong place.....like the holes. Then they cry about a few holes in a bracket which basically doesn't do **** in the grand scheme of things. They so worried about that they overlook where the real weight reduction is and it's as obvious as the holes. They just don't know wtf they're looking at. It's the flanges. Way more weight in reducing the flanging vs those pissy *** holes.

My kmember you brought up for example.....they weigh like 54lb stock if i remember right. Everyone see's the holes. Only about 5lb came from the holes while the other 18 or so lb came from the cutting the flanging/excess off and welding it solid. I even reinforced some places on it.

Are you incapable of doing math?
Or just so lazy that you want someone else to do it for you?

I do think it would be neat if someone created a database program where you could plug in variables. For example all UMI aftermarket suspension vs Stock. I copied this example from something I saw: I did a search. OEM MAHLE cast LS1 piston weighs 434 grams. All the forged pistons I found are lighter than the OEM cast piston. So far the JE forged piston part # 194884 is the closest to OEM weight, but is still lighter @430 grams. The new Ross forging part #99838 is claimed to be designed for nitrous use, but Ross did not list the weight on their web site. The program would have a "calculate weight" button to estimate, and a "actual weight" tab input if you weigh the car. Sometimes my wording isn't the best, make sense?

Sometimes my wording isn't the best, make sense?A discussion on The Fedora Lounge dives into the lesser-known Filson Black Label items reportedly produced by Manifattura Ceccarelli, sparking interest among heritage clothing enthusiasts. Members point out that this collaboration isn’t widely documented and seems to date back to the late 2000s or early 2010s, making it something of a mystery within Filson’s lineup. Several posters note that Manifattura Ceccarelli has since built a strong reputation for Italian-made outerwear using traditional materials and construction methods. The thread reflects how deeply collectors care about origin stories, craftsmanship, and authenticity when unusual labels or tags surface. Outside of detailed gear discussions like this, staying consistent with personal routines can be just as important - tools like https://wellness-app.cоm/ or an intermittent fasting app help users manage health goals alongside their everyday interests.
This is really interesting
