i have 4 down each side and 2 in the front to the pumper cover and the hood seems a little flexable in the front but the bumper cover is moving with it.... any toher idea it probly will be fine but i just go over kill on everything

I have 14 fasteners on mine. 4 on the sides and front and 2 in the back.
Sounds like you need some more solid mounting points up front. (not on just the cover)
