Default Anyone do Kmember with lowered motor mounts?

BMR or Spohn of anyone? How low can you really go before the rack gets in the way of the oil pan?

If you order one for a motor plate you can put the motor where you want it.

Ours is a motor plate design. It also has a lot of oil pan clearance. With motor plates I can remove the pan without interference from the K member.

I wish someone would design a setup that used poly mounts and allowed that kind of access.
Something people could run in a street car without vibrating the fillings out of their teeth LOL

If you ask me it's easy to pull the moter with plates. Even faster to put it back in. Nothing in the way and a few bolts that are easy to get to to secure it down. Even my mid plate is easy to work with.

Personally I'm not doing the midplate yet, eastside's 8.2x lsx car was running the actual motor plate I have, without the midplate, and that car was making probably 600 hp more then I am, and they were o.k. with it so I should be fine.

I do agree, easier to remove motor, easier to remove headers, and I am not 100% sure if the k member will get done this year or not at this point, so by going to the motor plate, I can swap the k member with the motor in the car with no problems, so if I don't get the $ to do the K member this year, it's not a big deal, I can do it easy enough whenever now.
